Blak Wattle is running mid-year & end of year team reflective sessions. Between 90 mins - three hours we use Aboriginal principles of social, emotional wellbeing to create a trauma informed space, which helps to build a sense of safety and create greater team emotional intelligence to become more intentional with decision making.

Connecting, gathering, delving deeper into stories of self and the teams shared purpose/passion.

Individuals and teams can reflect on feelings, processes, and insights. To build team agility, emotional intelligence and confidence in processes and systems.
