Blak Wattle is running mid-year & end of year team reflective sessions. Between 90 mins - three hours we use Aboriginal principles of social, emotional wellbeing to create a trauma informed space, which helps to build a sense of safety and create greater team emotional intelligence to become more intentional with decision making.

 

What you can expect:

 

Invite joy/play team building games:

We always inject fun into our space, joy is one of our values.

 

Hold space for yarning circles:

Connecting, gathering, delving deeper into stories of self and the teams shared purpose/passion.

 

Structured and carefully curated journaling/group work:

Individuals and teams can reflect on feelings, processes, and insights. To build team agility, emotional intelligence and confidence in processes and systems.

 

Breathwork & visualisation:

We always to get out of the heady, and into the body.
