Rekeesha Fry

Rekeesha Fry is the founder and director of Jitta Consulting, a small Indigenous consulting company based in the Northern Territory (NT) that is focused on supporting the growth of Indigenous businesses. Rekeesha is a proud Waderman, Yidinji and Kuku Thaypan woman who was born and raised in Darwin on Larrakia country.  She has traditional ties to her parent’s ancestral lands in Katherine (NT) and Atherton and Cape York (QLD).

Rekeesha has a wide-range of skills in consulting and proven experience in policy and project development, having worked over six years in a number of professional global consulting firms in Australia. Rekeesha also has a strong understanding of government, Aboriginal affairs, policy design, project management and policy implementation experience, having worked both in Federal and State Governments for over eight years. She is passionate about supporting economic development in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities that leads to self-determination and economic independence for her people.
