BLAK WATTLE

coaching & Consultancy

We use ancient Aboriginal wisdom, such as deep listening and reciprocity to build healthy and safe interpersonal relationships at work.

ABOUT BLAK WATTLE

Blak Wattle Coaching and Consulting is a purpose-driven, 100% female Aboriginal-owned organisation at the forefront of transformative change. Rooted in Aboriginal wisdom, we are deeply committed to reshaping the understanding of trauma, stress, and burnout while building teams that thrive.

We support our mobs and a diverse range of organisations in embracing trauma-informed programs, workshops, and gatherings infused with Aboriginal knowledges and culture, stories and data and evidence. Our work drives important conversations around colonisation, social determinants of health, building collective movements, fostering positive interpersonal relationships, allyship, and understanding anti-racism strategies.
